uninstall all .net. use the .net uninstall cleanup utility. then reinstall the 1.1 and 2.0.

No, don't install .NET 2.0 (unless some other app you are using requires it, bu I seriously doubt that). All ASGS needs to run at this point of time is .NET 1.1 SP1 with the Hotfix. Installing 2.0 right now is asking for trouble with the SP1 for it on auto update. You will be notifed when the new ASGS will roll out and the .NET 2.0 will be required. For now just leave it be /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Unistalled .net 2.0 using cleanup utility and installed 1.1 and the hotfix.

ASGS still locks up my system forcing a reset. I'm lost.

Interestingly, it tried to log me in as xxxxxx and not the callsign I was logging in under, Gstar.

Even stranger. ASGS is jacked...well from where I stand.

I log into my account management and the callsigns associated with my main are : XXXXXX@SysX, ACS_Com_03@ACS, Miner938.

Gstar ain't these peoples.

Note: XXXXXX@SysX since I don't want to give away a ACS who has become associated with this account.

P.S. - on a positive note, Firefox runs 1,000,000 times faster without .net 2.0.

It appears that your account and Fever's account are linked together somehow.

Please PM TE.

I hope you uninstalled *all* .NET versions before running the cleanup util and reinstalling?

The only .net version running on this machine is 1.1 and the associated hotfix.
