please do so as soon as possible.
The security hole is already being used (I found signs of it in my router log), so it is urgent. Also, if you still connect directly to the internet, try to buy a router and install it, it makes things a lot more secure.

It has been around for a while. The knowledge about the security flaw in the implementation however... So yes, patch and buy a router.
