This is the discussion topic for the wiki article: Ranking systems
I stuffed up these pages to give a rough framework to:
a) get Baker's AS lectures up,
and,
b) get a definative account of ELO and Helo onto the wiki.
At the moment this is the root page but it obviously needs a lot of work. It also needs something to link into it but I wasn't sure what was going to be most appropriate.
