Because TF shoot slower, maybe they should give there PE weapons a higher velocity? That would compliment there pinpoint accuracy and allow them to be used from a little father away.
At the range you can really even hit a circle strafing target is the same as when a scattered projectile can hit about 90% of the time, basicly 300m up to them lol
As it stands right now TF just seem to suck.. You might be able to pull off an early bomb run if the enemy is retarded and sits in base.

Indeed. I suggest increase firing rate back to 100%, but make particle guns use more energy. That way they could be fired at full in short accurate bursts, but you couldn't just hold down the trigger and spray em all over.
