Okay, here's the deal. You are voting on the design. Once a winner is picked, I will have a higher resolution version made, if one does not exist yet. If several options are fairly close, I'll post a second vote that narrows down the options. If the vote is a total landslide, I won't bother with the second vote.

did someone say the whole colour scheme will be changing? (blue background etc?)

The color scheme will not be changing in the near future. If it does, we can revisit the matter at that time.
