Why you have to run Allegiance as admin?
I run Allegiance on WindowsXP without administrator rights:Registry: Gave users full access to Allegiance reg keyFile system: Gave users full NTFS access to the Allegiance directoryIMO it should also work on Vista the same way, but I can't test it. /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

Pkk, in Vista, nothing's allowed to overwrite a file in program files unless it's run as administrator. You only need to run Alleg as an Administrator if you need to do an Autoupdate that replaces files tough

On XP a user isn't allowed to change anything in program files, too!? Just because a user has only read and run rights in program files folder (like on Vista).
Most users on XP work with admin accounts, Vista doesnt allow that and uses UAC.
PS:
I hope you know the difference between NTFS and FAT32 and also user and administrator. /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

Pkk, I was talking about even if it was logged in as an administrator, just as an FYI
