Changed the link to the Academy to point to Academy - About, rather than Academy - Crash Courses.
Since this page is an overview of the game, aimed at persuading new players to download and try the game, I hardly think sending them off to Crash Courses and overloading them with information is appropriate, at this stage. In fact I would be relunctant to send them to the Academy at all.
Also a couple of minor edits, and added links to two more videos.

Usually though, "skill" is used to covertly mean "match the game exactly to my level of competence." Anyone who is at all worse than me should fail utterly (and humorously!) and anyone better is clearly too caught up in the game and their opinions shouldn't count.
