Erm, ok then.
I wonder if many other people will read Raveens wiki post and then go to see what he means.

No need to discuss wiki pages on the boards. If you want to discuss
this click Discussion link on top and--
/me looks bewildered
WTF? Wiki discussion on the boards? And what about formatting matters? I find it pretty stupid.

Because our wiki is integrated with our forum, teh discussions can happen here.
I can get them to work separate too, but discussions are easier to follow in forums I think /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

I think that its easier as well, but at some point we may need to have a subforum so the normal part doesn't get too cluttered.

Out of interest, when the discussion button is pressed it starts a new topic (this we know). Is the topic started in the name of who pressed the button, or who created the page?
There's a discussion page for the XT topic which I didn't start so I'm guessing the latter is true.

well, if the page doesn't exist, its created with whoever clicks discussion first.
i'm wondering if someone visits the page first, then someone else visits the page and clicks discussion, the first person too visit the page starts the topic?
or some weird thing like if i click discussion somewhere, it makes a new thread by me,
then if TB clicks discussion somewhere else, the thread gets started by me,
then if TB does another and clicks discussion, he starts it,
then if rav does another, TB starts it
then if TE does one, rav starts it...
anyway, does it really matter who starts it? all it does is give an automated message with a helpful link to the article, the automated message is the same for everyone, so its only vanity having your name as the topic starter... may as well change the automated message to
FIRST!
if anyone really cares that its their name at the top
*shrugs*

I don't really care but something odd seems to be going on which could be symptomatic of a wider issue.

Mad: unless there is some discussion started by me excluding the Spam one, I don't think that's possible. ;-)

pkk, could you update the gpz stuff to reflect your current server setup?
