We need a forum just to discuss bans. The zone leader could move discussion such as "Why was I banned" or "Stupid Jerks Banned Me" into the permanently locked section...that is hidden...that no one can read.

That can be done. It just requires a bit of coding and php work. I've seen something similar to it done before

Banned people should lose access to all forums. In addition, they should lose HELO. Also, they should have their driver's license revoked, lose their citizenship, have one thumb amputated, and be required to listen to an entire Kenny G Christmas CD while eating a bag of Funyuns
