lets start with the foundation

NIX bbrs use AC 16
med ass shields use AC 19

now missles:
LRM hunters use DM 04
LRM killers use DM 03

A hunter 3 does 144 damage
A killer 2 does 150 damage

Now the reference:
Disruptors use DM 03

now if Nix has a faction resistance of .25 against disruptors, that means that nix has a .25 resistance to DM 03?

therefore, a hunter is more effective against NIX bbrs then a killer??

WTF?

Hunter 3 does 144 * 1 = 144 vs AC 19 (Assult Shields)
Killer 2 does 150 * 2.4 = 360 vs AC 19 (Assult Shields)

Hunter 3 does 144 * 1 = 144 vs AC 16 (Bomber Hull)
Killer 2 does 150 * 1.6 = 250 vs AC 16 (Bomber Hull)

Killer 2 still wins.

where did you find the DM vs AC tables?

TTK for killer2 is like 21.1 seconds

TTK for hunt3 is infinate.

I use coredump for all my allegiance questions, way easier than fiddling around in tek and/or ice 90% of the time.
