I requested some months ago A investment option for "Team Intelligence." It has now been some time and I have yet to see it appear. There have been several DN updates, and It has not come into fruitation. I'm wondering if the R & D of such a investment is beyond you, and if I should maybe be sending a team of experts to come help you. Please implement it immediately. Thank you.

Dear Noir,
As MadP has pointed out to me, GA's are a muliplier, and a multiplication of 0 might just exploded the world, I would you request that it be set to "Team Intelligence +1". Thank you for your time and please follow up.

Perhaps Bombers should be a prereq? Or add another research of Irony, and another one of Boot warning.
