The changes to
Dreg are the following:
Code: Select all
PW Damage to 0.95 from 1 (lowest value of all factions)
PW Range to 0.9 from 1 (lowest value of all factions)
Ship hull to 0.85 from 0.9 (Giga level)
Ship Shield to 0.9 from 1 (Bios level)
He3 Yield to 1.20 from 1.25 (better than most factions)
He3 Speed to 0.75 from 0.8 (worse than most factions)
I will put up a EU server with the test core, I would appreciate it if you could give it a try.

As you might notice, I have not touched the fuel level of the ints. If those changes prove to be enough, I will not change it, but if dreg exp is still too strong, I will reduce the fuel level in the final release.

I found a bug (in a squad match...):
Rix GS MiniAC depended on Hvy Scout.
Will be fixed in the new release.

- the build order has been changed to the DN order.
- default loudout for Rix GS is now MiniAC and it does not require hvy scout researched

How soon will this be on AU?
Can I arrange next sunday's SG on GoD2 R4 and be sure of everyone having it?
