HOD has a hole in it to do that.
in the top and bottom of the hod, it's not hard to find, most of the rear of it is hollowed out

It's kinda X-Wing like. How about sweeping the wings back and connecting them somehow?
Barri, actually I liked your original SF, but I think it just needs a little tweaking. More angles to make it look more sleek or something.
EDIT: Looking at it again, it's too "primitive" compared to your other designs. It looks like it has an airplane fuselage sticking out the front. Or like some sort of satellite launch vehicle.
I like the outer engine nacelles. Not so crazy about the hollow cylinder they're connected to. I would also borrow from your interceptor idea and go with an asymetrical design. Twin front booms might work. The engine nacelles can be swept a little more so it doesn't look like something from a 50's B-Movie. Just trying to give ocnstructive criticism.

now this is interesting...i had some ideas about this ship....
i think ill combine a few features of this craft...
the stealth craft will mount NO pilot weapons except nanite ONLY...so how is this effective? it will have 1 turret which fires Rockets like the PT.
this forces teamwork to be effective. it also addresses balance in a few ways.
Pros; stealth NAN bomb runs / brutal efficiency of rocket weapons above PE weps /
COns; weak as any stealth craft = easy popage / rockets takes far more skill than turret
this i think will be a far more interesting change, as now nan is only accessible thru the tac and stealth. should prove for some interesting game play.

Maybe have it available at startas well, but without a cloak and make it need a Tac to buy cloak tech (no cloak 1 on garr giga-like nonsense).
Also, you have to think how the 'energy play' Stealths have will play out for this particular faction.
No missiles for the pilot... maybe a higher base sig than any other faction's stealth? No energy weapons... No energy drain other than the cloak... Yeah, lot to think about.
Also, how about 'Gallant' for a name?
