Not much is know about the Dreghklar Empire, for example who rules them?
Are they run by Royalty?
Perhaps they currently have a queen, if so would we address her as the Dreg Queen???

You should be asking people who develop the story (or the cores).
Since nobody is developing the story and the Dreghklar was hacked together a long time ago, I'm not surprised at your conclusion.
