Less damage, same fuel makes for a fun that's just as fun to fly as they are now, only less uber. I'd say go with that.

I thought about the changes a little bit and I think going for the int fuel level would be a better choice.
At the moment:

PW Damage to 0.95 from 1 (lowest value of all factions)
PW Range to 0.9 from 1 (lowest value of all factions)
Ship hull to 0.85 from 0.9 (Giga level)
Ship Shield to 0.9 from 1 (Bios level)
He3 Yield to 1.20 from 1.25 (better than most factions)
He3 Speed to 0.75 from 0.8 (worse than most factions)

There are 4 changes to the supremacy and 3 to exp. Ok, the supremacy path also has missiles to compensate, but sup is not the main problem.

int/hvy int fuel level to 12 from 15 (lowest value of all factions)
PW Range to 0.9 from 1 (lowest value of all factions)
Ship hull to 0.85 from 0.9 (Giga level)
Ship Shield to 0.9 from 1 (Bios level)
He3 Yield to 1.20 from 1.25 (better than most factions)

Now we have 3 changes to sup, 3 to exp. Ok, the hit on exp is now harder, but they have he³ upgrades supremacy cannot get.
How does that sound?

I thought that dreg was so good on this core because they can get more money then they can spend, but I see that you are suggesting to make their economy better.

No, the changes are:
He3 Yield: new value 1.20; old value 1.25
He3 Speed: new value 0.75; old value 0.8
Their economy takes a small hit, it does not get boosted.

Deng is opposed to the fuel change and want sup to take a hit as well, as their gun mounts are sweet.
I am not sure about the fuel, what do you think?

After today's test, I'd say a little less fuel would be fine, just don't overdo it.
