I get this error message when I try to open the FAZ:

"The ordinal 11 could not be located in the dynamic link library DSOUND.dll."

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Run dxdiag
What version of DirectX do you have installed?

I'd suggest getting the latest, it was updated just last month (10/10/06), so if you've not installed DirectX since then update it.

Get the latest version from here http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/default.mspx
