GT in GoDII?

is GODII about 1.25 style play, or is it now about being another core with a different approach to balance than DN.

if its about being old school MS style, then you shouldn't.

though GT has been around for ages.

but if you want GODII to be a normal core with different balance to DN, then you could add GT and try and balance it.

though this was largely a comment on the name of the core

could perhaps split the core normal GODII and MRGODII (more recent good old days 2) which has newer factions in.

though, that said, you do have dreg already in there.

Good old days refers to the A+7 days, when everything felt more or less good. 1.25 was horrible (Bios -10% speed nerf)

From a zone games pov having GT in GoD would be nice.

My suggestion would be to keep the special techs toned down so that they're not "Get X, win" but a nice little bonus if you can afford them.

And scale the bases right to avoid DN GT docking stupidity wink.gif
