So within the past few days I've been playing I was able to get up to the rank of inter(some number here) and It just reset back to newbie on the main planet dn server.

While on the Beta server it's been on newbie for about a three days or so now with I'm sure over a 1000 points logged. And yet, it remains at newbie.

Why....

Blackviper mentioned something about it but I deleted the message that was sent to me out of shear stupidity.

In-game points have nothing to do with your ranks.

Well I'm confused, becuase I thought a few people told me that in game. Before I left, it used to be based off of weeks played.

Exactly how does it work now?

Once again a kb article would be great.

Short version, win a game get ~15pts added, lose a game get the reverse, points from 0-32, each rank is 100 pts.
