I've played a few small games on it. I wasn't aware of any imbalance issues... other than Culmination in a heavy int seems to be able to kill me in my scout. Can you fix that?

Same as DN 240 second build time. It prevents tacspansion from being really nasty instead of pretty nasty.

lol. Neither am I. The 1$ ship removes the insane IC tech rush in a better way than the 240 secs con build time. It only hurts IC once, while the buld time hurts it every time they build a new tech base (as a replacement for a lost base for example).

Dreg still needs a tweak, econ-wise. It's better than it was before, but still not quite there yet.
Not really sure how to go about it though... maybe decrease the base speed of miners a little so they aren't so super-fast.
