My buddy and I are both waiting for a confirm e mail after signing up with a callsign.
it's been my experience that it's almost instantaneous. I do note that someone else was claiming that they hadn't received theirs either. I don't know if that means anything or not.
The most common problem in this area is the junk mail folder. The confirmation message can find it's way there. Have you checked yours? (Or otherwise had a spam filter filter it out?)
