It took me a second to grasp your question... and I'm not entirely sure I got it. /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />

I'm assuming you're asking how to use turrets as a pilot of a ship with turrets? If so, then the answer is - you don't. Each turret is a "seat" that needs to be manned by another player. You fly the ship, and other players hop on the turret (before you leave base). The other players operate the turrets.

read that

Bombers, hvy scouts and many other ships have turret gunners.
To join on, press F8 while in base, and if a bomber needs turret gunners, his name will appear on the list.

Made it into a link for ya

Yep.

You transfer onto a turret in the same way you transfer bases.

When docked, press F8 to see the "Base Transfer" screen. It will list all bases available for transfer, and all ships with turret slots.

Simply doubleclick one to board.

And now it's here too.

I wasn't going to touch this one, honestly. However after revisting this I just couldn't let it go. Hopefully self explainatory.

It is also covered as one of the very first topics in the training missions. Those are not really helpful, but that is one thing they do explain.
