Boy I hate being late to the party.
All I got to say is GL Cheez but I must ask "why bother"?
Why not let your remaining members go join competitive squads, learn the game more, get someoen who can command and then maybe reform in a year or so?

The problem with that is that most of them won't want to leave their squads for SPQR after that year.
