Ah, well all of those are nice intentions, but what are the real effects of Solap ?
I mean anytime, I join mid day to stare helplessly from the lobby, I see ~ 1 - 2 other random, victims of the improved gameplay quality that Solap alllows.
And what when this is a newbie ? Which can't connect to the game for unidentifiable reasons for some huge chunk of the day ?
Or if ti is a vet who has been absent for months ? Try to return once, bang solap-happy hour*, try twice, bang solap-happy-1/3d-of-the-24hours hour ...
"Ah why bother returning to this game, seems that new server which hosts the Mains now is incompatible with me ..."
Those comments above are based on real cases and communication between me, 1 returning vet and 2 separate (0)-(1)s ...
With all the respect for the great reasons behind the installation of Solap, but it has actually a negative effect on the community size.
According to my text, log file by Notj's script, the problem actually persist from ~ 10:23am to ~ 9:00 pm my local time. Or at least for 11 hours.

The notJarvis's script is hosted here
http://www.mediafire.com/?fr2ttenzujn.
It is a .bat file. After downloading it, you need to run it.
It will create an directory on C:\ where it will store in .txt file the result of an tracert to Solap,
executed every 30 minutes, while your PC is on.
Not sure if more tracert logs are still required, by MrC, though.
