Agris Ten Point Plan for XT

i) newbs will be bashed until they get up to speed... "praise be that which toughens" etc. Allowing newbs to suck just because they are new will not develop them sufficiently;
ii) voobs will be mercilessly abused - this does not happen now anywhere as much as it should
iii) any XT member who does not greet serb with "oi, peasant *#$@ get back into the fields and bring agri's oxen" will be kicked from the squad;
iv) any XT member who does not greet serb with a kicking will be kicked from the squad;
v) all XT members must vote for John McCain at the next election. It may not be "cool" like voting Obama, but he made a song about bombing people - this is the XT spirit. Those XT who are not in the US will be expected to vote for John McCain in whatever country / electoral process applies to them;
vi) any XT com must win, even if this means IC Exp all day every day. In fact, XT coms must go IC Exp;
vii) anyone wanting to be a member of XT must accept that, irrespective of their actual skill levels, they are @#(!. This is because they are not XT.
viii) the official fruit of the XT is the Kumquat;
ix) the official bird of the XT is the Duck;
x) XT is not a democracy, it is a point of view.

PK won the tourny with assistance, SRM! they don't suck, if you haven't notcied, a lot of the people in XT were from SRM, psych, mega, monkage, me, etc. SRM could have pulled PK through, and xas, wisky and all of them aren't new players. $#@! you
