I've attempted to update the first two. I'll move on to the others in a bit.

Just checked the CNET download, it still holds the 2.60 version?

Yes, I haven't upgraded yet because I wanted to do other sites that don't bundle our software in an "installer". I'm very busy in R/L right now, so I would appreciate some feedback about which sites I should try to update when I get the time.

I think CNET is not bundling anything in the download, but I could be wrong.

I think is simpler to list the sites that actually have an up to date installer ?
http://www.freeallegiance.org
http://freespacecombatgame.com
http://softpedia.com/
http://www.german-borg.de/
http://download.famouswhy.com (posting a couple of direct links)

So any other site that is getting the updated installer is a win ... not that I have high hopes that it will happen .

Ok, Cnet is updated.
If you read this thread you will see that I've submitted to probably 150 sites so far.We don't need a list on the forums of sites that have it..unless those sites are out of date.I have spent a long time submitting to D/L sites and unless I get some help, I don't have time to check every one for updates.

raumvogel wrote:QUOTE (raumvogel @ Mar 19 2012, 04:52 PM) OK...here's an update. I am still waiting on the Tucows submission to be posted on their site. I have just submitted to Softpedia in spite of the stupedist captia I have ever encountered. ( it gives you a math formula, an I kept typing it verbatum untill the 4th try when I finally figured out that all they wanted was the answer)

I am hoping to find a volunteer to step up and help me with these submissions as I have found a source for every shareware site on the net apparently!

If you wish to help drop me a message. :iluv:

Edit/ Some of these will be eliminated as they will not allow for a free submission or they
require a PAD file (which also costs $$)
I've submitted to about half of those sites so far.

If I wasn't already such a Raum fanboy I'd faun all over him for the continuing support of the game.
