Bourbon is made mostly from rotting sour corn mash.
Rye whiskey is made from mostly RYE. (America being the only country that has rules on how much rye must be in it for it to be called rye whiskey. Canadian rye whiskey only has to *taste* and *smell* like it, it doesn't actually have to contain any rye, legally)

As a kid meBoy had the nick monkeyboy because at four we found him clinging to the cupboards people traditonal put their good china (a foot over my head and Im over six feet) to get ahold of his way to sugary and hands down favorite breakfast cereal one morning. As he grew it morphed until it became chimpy which he revolted against and rightly so. We negotiated a new nick, and one of the leaders was chimpo.... my friend at work who was born and raised in Japan clued me in on the meaning ><
