They also have this funny post punk ideology in them. Almost feels like a critique of George Bush.

Sure, you can make a new account from time to time. Sure. Why doesn't everyone! Everyone gets two free passes per year. Until we have five fake noobs every day, and effectively lose all the benefits of newbie protection and the minimal value of rank in achieving balance. There are asshats who would abuse it. I don't know who they are but in every game where such exploits exist they come out of the woodwork.
If you are forthright and honest, BV and the other enforcers will treat you with the same respect you give them. If you are deceitful, you are a waste of time as they must place you under scrutiny to determine your intentions.

Actually from what I have seen and experienced being decetiful works a lot better than being truthful.

One of the idea of anarchism is that any authoritarian structure has to justify itself. So long as BV can carry that burden of proof, I believe we are OK.
BTW elements of anarchism are inherently present in this community as well (translation: it's a good thing

Making a (0) hider effectively amounts to stacking, I agree. Stacking is not a bannable offense (nor should it be - though at the rate things are going, I wouldn't be surprised if it became one). People who only ever stack game after game are dicks, but you just live with it. Don't whine for them to be banned.
