The common man can vote all it wants, the oligarchy gets to control how those votes are interpreted

Most of the votes cast on this issue simply scream about how completely ignorant the majority of the community is on this (and every other issue) - specifically, as to why bios is such an effective turtle-until-victory faction in PuGs.

The correct answers to "fix" this are as follows:

Reduce paydays
Reduce Bios to a starting Garrison (rather than a starting Starbase)


Both of which being the votes I cast in the poll - though I still would say, remove paydays from the game entirely.

I think we in the peanut gallery should think of ourselves as the "advisory counsil" that royalty of old used to have.

We can throw ideas at the CC team, and they occasionally set up polls to see what the mood of the Kommon Peepuls is... but both power and responsibility ultimately rests on the CC team.

It's been working pretty well too, despite the occasional drama.
