Did you re-down load the installer as of Monday? and re-install it?
What build is your client reporting? Top of the <esc> menu. It should be 07.09.03

I have reinstalled the latest installer twice still getting the old build

idk whats the problem.. i uninstalled everything first and then reinstalled.. but i still get a black screen after launch..

when I click to download the R4Setup.zip I get a download screen says Opening R4Setup.zip and the box to choose open with or save to disk but the OK button remains greyed out. server overload since a lot trying to download right now maybe?
NVM, clicked on open with and button ungreyed then was able to click save and get it.

No one decided to adress someonez post on a black screen error.. I have the same error and It would be nice to know how to fix it..

From a Network IIS GEEK....
CLEAR YOUR BROWSER CACHE IF YOUR GETTING THE OLD exe
Watch for cached versions of the install. IE is pretty smart and pretty stupid. If youhave a file named allegbeta4 in your download cache and you ask it to download again..... it will not. It say it is an then uses the cached version because the file name is the same. IE is not smart enought to check the file version.
Hope that helps . This should be a standard issue.
