Actually TE Im connecting across EVO ( cellphone wireless ) and it looks like my provider is bouncing the pings around in their NY hub on occasion purposely to slow packets. In other words Im the last guy you'll need to worry about since my provider is trying to slow my data transfer. Yes I do like Allegiance that much.
