Should the teams be rebalanced with another pick pool, pilot swap, or a mix of different things?

I didn't boot anyone (though I came REALLY close) mostly because I felt that it was against some unwritten rules and not in keeping with the spirit of YvB.

I don't know if anyone really cares for my opinion, but only really boot in a game that large if the pilot is messing up your plan or repeatedly disobeying direct orders. ( i.e. CAPSLOCK SPAM PM HIM SAYING DO THIS/THAT WITH `YY SPAMMED TOO with mumble being active too)

I feel like the teams need to be rebalanced with Yellow comm being replaced by a more charismatic fellow that you would love to fly for (Spidey if you are hearing this. hint. hint.).

Agreed, let's all learn from P1's mistake and moving forward we'll agree to let vogue choose the team of his liking
I think this is a fair compromise so that we can avoid all this heated debate about the size of my *#$@
