Wrong. ASGS and Allegiance work just fine on Vista 64 bit. It only fails on the Win764 version.

well wtf?
I clicked that and found I was blocking people I would want to recieve messages from (thal, TE pook, noir, newtype etc), but after their names it said "(Messege Allow)"
weird.

I have that too; that's a remnant of the old "PM buddy" feature. Now your friends list is used instead.
That link in itself does nothing; it just populates the bottom portion with the nick of the guy in question.
