Anyhoo, The commander's right shouldn't depend on his graduating ACS. The boots aren't coming from noob commanders anyway. If you can comm and have a team, you must have the right to boot whoever you want. Likewise, any player has the ability to pick whoever he wants to fly with. The commander / Pilot relationship must depend on reliance on one another and by mutual cooperation.

It's a two way street and it should stay a two way street.

Booting underperforming players can result in just another way to stack. The occasional boot for exceptional stupidity does have it's place, but we want people to be able to play. Booting should never be routine and a minor thing.

Those who feel like they have to have a perfect team should stick to only commanding Squad Games.
