It would be more 'realistic' if the GA's only got 'mounted' after docking.

In the downloads, http://www.freeallegiance.org/downloads, section there is a few usefull applications.

Oh, BackTrak's Techtree Explorer isn't there it is here.

If you are in game and hit f5 then look at the investment screen for GA's you can easily see what they all do

The only one that I think is confusing is agility vs accel.

Accel is how fast you change speed/direction of motion. Agility is how fast your ship spins in space.

They all take efect exactly as they are done reserching and you cannot ever lose them even if the tec base dies
