I would only like to point out that: Gui has been reaching for Rix HS in the face of adversity for over a week now, with good success. Also, only an IDIOT or someone like Noir who remembers to actually PROBE once in a while would take a HS without a turret gunner along.
so, what do I suggest? well... I know this is gonna sound wierd, but... Reduce Rix's CM abilities. Since they just dont get missiles, they dont know how to spoof them well either. The problem is the Mini ac with its 1200m range, right? Improving Rix's vulnerability to missles counters that, allowing an opposing scout or fig of other factions a better chance to get a heavy enough lick in that by the time he closes to his range, he just might be able to take them out.
Rix Hvy Scouts
Just for kicks, we did Hvy Scouts last night, and got completely punished by Dreg Enh Figs. The missile damage bonuses just kicked in and we started getting shot to hell. Then when my poor guys tried to close the range and abate the missile threat, the superb gunmounts kicked in. Poof.
It seems some people at least know now how to counter at least in partial, rix hvy scouts.

Deng has a point though on Noir's ratio system. Although i don't think it would change the way hvy scouts would be looked at.
And i don't think CM nerf would be good it would make ppl always tac and get hunter3 witch is bad enough as is.
I really don't see any unbalanced thing about the hvy scouts, other than they can be fun to fly and u need a brain to use em and a brain to beat em.
It seems brainless ppl complain a lot...
