It does support it PKK, I am not sure but I think it may be the script used to embed it. The standard youtube player when in a page shows it up with a "blue play" button in the center. When pressed it will play the video in full view.....Not important at all!!!

Maybe because it is a playlist? Works on my Windows Mobile phone with Skyfire browser. RIP iPod Touch
