Latest from EU
wizzszz;684334 wrote:My free and honest daily vote in again...

They make me sick, they agreed on no more cheating... and whats the result?

They pump in their votes in smaller bulks, whenever we get closer... thats all!

And before we get another 100 complaints from them: i am monitoring votes disitribution over time 24/7...

So don't come here whining and pretending you didn't...

Take it as you will, I for one am no longer <insert here> and dont plan to unless forced to. I dont agree with the idea of getting the votes the same for us and EU as they started it and dont seem to care to much. As for dominion iv formally apoligesed to them in regards to what has happened this month and told them i will be voting for them next month.

In regards to whether we win or not it does make a difference we have had a massive influx of new players since we began this, and I am not willing to give them up for no reason. Whether its obvious or not that we <insert here> it has still given us a lot of publicity and a lot of people wont care whether the voting is rigged or not, they will just see that we are number one and go, ohh I wonder what that is?

the fact is that both of us have done wrong in the past and obviously now nobody trusts anyone anymore..
indipendently on how it will go, they still will think we are cheating and we will still think they are.

There's no end to this, apart from the upcoming end of the month.

I also understand getting the votes perfectly equal is impossible.
Let's just end this thing up fairly (3 days to go) and forget it.

I don't want to make an account on the dominion's forum, but as you have one please do me a favour, quote me as i completely agree with the steps you took with them.

Sorry if i have been putting my nose into this, but i wanted to share my opinion on this with all of you, though i'm only a noob.
btw I'm sorry if my english is not good, but i'm italian /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

I have yet to see any voting rules or terms of service. For the record, I don't hate any of the voting participants nor do I care how much anyone votes or how the voting is conducted. /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" /> Carry on!

Played Dominion for about 2 years. Its a good game but it takes a lot of patience. The playerbase truly is small for the scope of the game.

The dev team (Ross) puts a lot of effort into making it a good game and is very active.

It isn't a game for everyone just like Allegiance. It would be good to see the playerbase increase. The truth is, 1 or 2 doesn't really matter. Being in the top 5 does. Alleg, EU, and Dom are completely different. Ultimately the players will decide what they like.

Amen to that fling pu -- just VOTE Early and VOTE Often

Now, that was a slogan for a beer that used to get made in Pittsburgh -- Eberhardt and Ober or E7O. Their slogan was 'Early and Often". My knida beer.

BTW -- Pennsylvania's first microbrewery was housed in the original E&O Brewery - Penn Pilsner

Edited to say Penn Pislner is a very good and tasty beer -- especially the wheat beer.

looking at it bluntly, we simply cheat better then they do, to assuage the guilty feelings of those who are squeemish about cheating, I propose that NEXT month, AFTER WE WIN. we vote the living crap out of dominion?

They deserve a win, those EU chumps can go suck eggs. As I understand it, after winning, we are in-elligable for next months contest, but dominion would be.

So, lets win this month, and next month, we turn our voting engines, or just honest effort to help out dominion?

Im an allegaddict, we have to win, but I'm all for helping another free game take the space next month. EU is NOT a free game, and they SHOULD not be receiving free advertising.

i just want us to win this month and get it over with for the year, this whole fiasco is bringing out the worst in people and i can only see it making things look bad, ok, the new players are nice /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" /> but other than that.

perhaps next year we can do the get #2 and keep it, after a years time consciences may have cleared, i think people are more interested in the games who are in positions 1,2 and 3 instead of last months winner.
