New faction will have heavy scouts with hvy boost default mounted, three times regular cargo hold space, but unable to mount any weapon other than nan and unable to load prox.

It'll have turret slots but be unable to actually mount anything there.

I will not nan unless I can drop prox......

Everything less than plas Gen 3 is worthless.

Instead of nerfing, start making everything better. Heavyscouts,mustangs, caps...etc...etc...put the fun back into allegiance.
