There's a new sheriff in town.
The closest I could get to a broken ROC is spamming today, but being on the blue team, he wasnt impacting on our play, just annoying the @#(! out of yellow from what I heard.
Ryu, as commander, you should have booted him ASAP instead of putting up with that @#(!.
At least Metz did it when he got command.
In fact, if he gets booted for being annoying and then persist in spamming from NOAT, I have solid grounds for an ROC#12 ban, and hopefully as he is persistent, they will start to cumulate if he doesnt get the message.
Screw it, I have banned him for 15mins for his spamming antics today when he continually requested draw and map change on the main server, and then coming back in as his hider and continuing from NOAT.
If he keeps this up, and I am around, I will slap him with a minor repeat offender and see if that doesnt placate him.

No one doesn't know what they have for an illness unless they are unable to articulate it, and as he can type then- he's either insane (in which case permaban him for his own benefit) or he's a liar (in which case permaban him for community benefit).

I noticed something else. He said that he had slow mind to hand coordination. He didn't mention anything about being retarded or having mental difficulties. So he shouldn't be as stupid or socially inept as he is, at least not in a way he can blame on his condition.
