The quick getaway of riptime GA2 is half the fun of flying adv figs.
If figbee rip-in time is too quick we can just add a few seconds to their riptime or slow the TP2 activation.

I like this idea. Ripcord is just fine in sup. I see it being almost useless anywhere else, such as tac.

As I mentioned earlier with the useability of Ship Accel now should that GA remain in EXP, and already strong tech path, or perhaps moved to SY with the Ship Speed GA where it'll probably serve to be more appropriate given the relative slow accel of capships - which probably have a speed and accel possibily too high right now anyway?

yes, a GA should be moved when it would provide a mere few points of acceleration to everything in shipyard, and caps are too fast? do you want EoR caps that move at 20mps with 80 billion hp?

Oh I remember EoR caps, your turret gunners had to get out and push!
Having said that, I would like to see in the future capship speed/accel to be less than it is overall. Around 15-30% reduction. With some caps being slower or faster depending on their roles. Still massively speedy compared to anything on EoR with slightly less than 80 billion hp.
That's a side issue, my main point was really this; Ship Speed is in SY and it flows that Ship Accel could be as well, EXP is overpowered as is.

Nobody seems to be mentioning Bios recently, but I feel this is something that shouldn't be disregarded.

Move yield to Tac, ship shield to sup, agility to tac, and hull to SY! Also take that station hull and shield away from exp, they don't need it. Shove those into tac! Galv runs taking 5 seconds less will not be game-altering (with a nice price buff of course). Fixed!
Oh yeah, and keep that rip GA in sup. Just lower it to 10% as many people have stated before me...
