I wouldn't call "having more and better players" to be an "unfair" advantage. Or should we ban superwhores like Weed, Drizzo, and Brood from squad play? This isnt, at least to most of us talking, about who is best. This isnt some call for those recruiting to quite being so god damn sexy, start wearing a bag over their heads, and kicking out two of their six super models to "share". Its more of can we stop the arms race? The easiest way is by putting a limit on the number of people playing for a squad.
I was to dense to catch what TJ was saying until he spoon feed it to me in a pm.
What TJ was trying to say, better, than me is not to turn this into some kind of @#(! slinging contest. The competition is friendly... for the most part and what isnt never gets past "you're a poopiehead" "no Im not and you're a bigger poopiehead then me...
" stage. Id be shocked to hear that someone wouldnt directly help another squad that asked for say a scrimmage or some such thing.
So if we aren't going to do it

I think that there is a fair amount of parity between the squads right now. Its just that now there are less competent players around, so if 1 guy bails on a squad that can much more seriously damage a squad then it could in the past.
