This is true, and is actually the cause of the current problems the testers are having on cc_09. The model was changed, but the radius/scale was not. Its another item on the list of things to fix for the next release.

Once CC_09 is out on AU and we can get some feedback, we'll know how much the scale needs to increase by.

Omicron Hive fig bombers are ridiciously overpowered. One figbee managed to solo a sup by himself (although he had fully upgraded cannon) in a matter of perhaps 10 seconds, even with interceptor defense.

Phantom32@SysX shares my opinion as well as Mogas@RT.

Other figbombers need to reload and that costs them valuable seconds where they cant fire. I suggest you make the figbees burn ammo MUCH faster doing a comparatively damage with the other fig bombers when they have to reload.

We already have a couple ideas on how to nerf the OH figbee to have more reasonable damage, ammo, etc.

Since I keep mentioning it, here is our list of known issues:
Unusable research tech in shipyard & garrison.OH Figbees doing Bomber damageThe Stealth Bomber damage output & ammo. The Stealth Fighter size.OH capship speed.Hammer not being tied to other AB weaponry.Relative weakness of OH Devs compared to the ships they effectively replace.Teleref not having a unique icon.OH Freighter having the wrong discount.Teleref having a misleading description.TF Scout (and possibly other models) size.HTT Torque (If it becomes an issue)
Disclaimer: We may not change all of the above items in our next release.

CC_09 should be going out to everyone shortly, so some more feedback would be appreciated.

I'd especially like feedback on the size of the new TF models and whether any of them (besides the scout) need to be made bigger.

The int is pretty small and cute. (You have no idea how hard it was to resist a sexual reference)

I think Rain was saying above that since the scout is so flat with a thin vedge as it's nose scaling it up will not help much unless you are willing to make it very large indeed.

If the scout is an issue, as I believe it will be, the CC team should also look at the alternative scout made by Raingriffin. He left the ramascout in the beta-core despite being convinced that it's unworkably flat. It was basically just there as a comparison piece for the other scout.

Since most of the peanut gallery probably haven't looked into the artwork forum, I'll post the pics here.

I think the TF scout model is absurdly small and yes it's difficult to hit, but it's less of an issue than you all people make it out to be. It's like like they're super narrow ints boosting around orbiting @#(! as they rape it to death

I prefered the small ints over the small scout. If you try to kill the nans on offense, you need to get superclose to have a chance hitting those scouts, which is nearly impossible because they are not only supersmall, but can mount lt boost as well.

The small size is another boost to the already powerful scouts tf has:

* they have 2 gunmounts
* they can mount lt boost
* they are now absurdly diffcult to hit

TF scouts smoking rix fighters like nothing. I didn't see TF hvy scouts with the small modell yet, but I bet they are incredible good at smoking miners, as you can't hit them, when they are circleboosting.

The argument of "if you can't kill them, you just suck" doesn't count. Go play the game to see how cheesy the small modell is.
