Flash? Nooooooo!!!

Flash should be banned from the Internet right after sound is banned from webpages.

If there's still debate about using flash, do I get a veto as the website admin if I say I refuse to host it? :D

We should use a mix of Flash, Silverlight, and Java!

Love it, Bacon. Keep working on it and it will get better!

I'm not a designer, but as I voted for the option 2... The page has the marketting stuff that the other lacks, and it has enough (and not a lot for confusing) items to attract your attention, BUT somehow it looks "unfinished". Perhaps an additional frame, or a sorrounding little one, I dunno, in my 22" monitor it only uses the 1/3 of the width, and besides the fact that many sites use the same amount of space, in yours it looks tiny. But as an overall rating is pretty cool, and nice job.

Another thing, in all this GUIs there is always a default selection, when you load the page, there is a blank square at the middle waiting for you to press the first tab at the right, that looks poor, I suggest you select the "faction" tab by default.

Onion -- Go $#@! yourself.

Everybody else -- I got a "I'll consider it" from TE before I started this, otherwise I wouldn't have wasted the time =P

To-do list for today:

1. Merge SpaceJunks + my format
2. Create new buttons
3. Change banner to suit catchphrase preferences
4. Eat donuts

Also just as an FYI, the "Fly alone, die alone" catch phrase is an old Alleg marketing slogan. It was meant to urge people to use teamwork without explicitly stating "Hey ya'll, use teamwork or the game will suck."

How about adding a Community or Involvement tab that highlights teamwork, player involvement, zone events and squads.

I have most of the squad logos if you need them.

I still need time to read the rest of this thread, but I have another idea. Why not incorporate the ASGS squad page somewhere into this site better? It's so bland and kind of out of the way. We need to show visitors there is an active community. Showing a roster real in-game groups with active players would go a long way.
