that's not ot say I'm opposed to change, just try being a bit moe imaginative than just making the rare things that are genuinely different the same as everything else.

Maybe you could give us some balance reasons to change TF SY? I personally haven't seen anyone having more trouble with TF caps than other caps of similar level. Usually less in fact because of the research times :P
