Yeah if you have a heads up on a HTT or a Bomber and prox them, you'll win.
The key to beating phoenix is having good probers, if they catch you off guard with 4 turreted assault shield hvy bombers in tight formation to your tech base then your life will be a living hell.
Any enemy caltrops and turrets will anger your average phoenix commander. It quite possibly will half their shields at the least. That wont do the bomber/htt any good
