Ok gang, sorry for the long absence. Many people have correctly stated that RL has been mule kicking me in the nads all year.
I have made lot of notes over the past year and there was a lot I was planning for 4.70, but considering how long it has been it probably won't be as big. I'll save those for DN 5.00 later.
I'm going to work on getting my test server up again (the whole R3/R4 thang ain't workin so well for me).
Nothing too specific, but TF's RoF will definitely get changed to something around -10% instead of the current -20%. Other changes too, just nothing definite yet.

TF basic fighters and enh fighters cant fire 1 round of ammo, more energy plz.
