No, to my knowledge, they are seperate.

I'm pretty sure Missile Track GA is like Agility for missiles.

That would be correct. Missile Track improves the turning rate of the missile. Ship Agility doesn't impact it.

Quick question

Ok at 10% Speed GA, on lets say 1.12 base speed goes something like this 1.1*1.12 = 1.232

The idea behind this is say Dreg gets more bang for their buck on speed GA than TecnoFlux would.

Is this correct?

Yes, that's correct. This is why dreg adv miners can go 174 mps with speed2.
120 mps base for adv miner, x1.2 dreg speed bonus, x1.1 speed1 GA, x1.1 speed2 GA.

Depends on what you mean. Raw values, yes, Dreg gets more from it. 100 speed ship gains 10 mps, 10 speed ship gains 1 mps, 1000 speed ship gain 100 mps. They all gain the same proportional amount -- 10% over their current value. That said, Ship Hull is a lot more useful in terms of TTK values for Belters than GigaCorp, and PW Damage will help Rix more than it helps almost anyone else. He3 Yield, however, will provide approximately the same observed benefit for each faction since they also have cost variances involved.

Apologies for reviving an old thread however is there somewhere which explains what each of the GA's actually do and for what faction?

It's not clear in the cadet material I have or on the Alleg Academy
