pkk feels responsible for the position tigereye gave to him but he also feels scared to employ full abilities given to him because he fears the community response and lack of authority that he doesnt own it only tigereye does so now he goes and creates senate to put of the work he has to do himself and get some scapegoats to blame if things dont go to the better. in a 100 people community you are getting 1 guy to manage 10 because you lack the gut to manage a 100.

All of this progress and Stinker has nothing better to say than to complain about PKK. Are you sure you're not Metz?
