lol. Why should a euro issued by greece become worthless? This is ridiculous. In case of a greek withdrawal, they would quickly disappear because of collectors...
Seems like some people forget how a currency works and the euro isn't different. The ECB controls the amount of money, not the central banks of each member state. The prefix/serial number only indicates, which mint produced the note.
BTW, UK produces Euros for Netherlands/Ireland and some Greece coins/notes are produced in Sweden.
