Good job fixing it voobscout.

Yes and the exploits been known to exist since week 1 of asgs.

And ASGS could do nothing to fix it regardless; what's your point?

Why was the time not taken to fix this 5+ years ago. As opposed to now? That IS my point.

Ignore Unclebuck, he's just trolling.

I don't know, ask Imago. He had ample time to have patched this.

NO, I AM NOT.

This security flaw, and ones like them were well known to pook and thalgor many many years ago, they pretended they did not exist, and now you have whats going on today.

As for imago fixing it? I could be wrong, but according to trac he patched one of these holes months ago, at which point you guys seem to have taken the credit for the recent lobby patch, even though trac's ticket was resolved months ago. I really could be entirely ignorant in regard to the patch situation, as i am only going off trac, but these are not new exploits and have been known to exist for many years, I have no idea why orion, imago, or anyone else in the know waited so long to try to fix it. That would be something you would have to answer Orion. The real question is how many people have been using these cheats, and exploits over the years undetected. I assure you its been happening.

I could be so far off on the patch, but that is the impression i've gotten.

LOL, no you are so waaaay off it's kind of hilarious.

There are at least 3 holes in the lobby/allsrv, Imago patched TWO holes. One of those patches was so embarrassingly bad that it could in no way work, it's so insecure, the other is a simple hole that he patched up. This one is a completely different hole that he never wrote a patch for, or if he did he never committed it to FAZ source control.

So your hero Imago COULD have patched it, but he didn't. He knowingly let it go unpatched.

This is outside of the scope of ASGS, and Imago could have patched the hole without any help from Pook, TE, TB, or anyone. He decided not to. You cannot pin this one on TE or pook, try as you may.

FYI, ASGS was released months before source code was...

ASGS open BETA:

That too. This hole was not exploitable until the source code was released.

Seriously UncleBuck, your ignorance is telling.
